ADVANCE will process your Personal Data in compliance with EU Regulation no. 2016/679 and with the national legislation on the protection of personal data (hereinafter "Privacy legislation"), therefore the processing of your Personal Data will always be based on principles of lawfulness and correctness in compliance with said legislation.

Based on EU Regulation 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR), ADVANCE, as Owner of the personal data it collects, is responsible, towards you, who assumes the role of "Data Subject", for their correct use, this activity which in privacy terminology is identified as "Treatment" (all operations ranging from collection to use, up to deletion of data). The data we collect belong to the following categories:

For what purposes can your data be used and on what legal basis

1) When you fill out the "Contact Us" form

We collect and use your data to respond to your requests for information and possibly to prepare our offer for the services you intend to request. 

2) When you sign up for our newsletter

Our newsletter service consists in sending communications, periodic newsletters, company reports, participation in webinars, commercial/promotional communications on ADVANCE services. We will not send you anything unless following your express request made on our web page, and the confirmation you will receive via email after your registration request. However, it is necessary that you can read the privacy information before clicking on the newsletter subscription button, to be sure that your consent was truly informed.

3) When you browse the pages of our website

Simply browsing on our website may involve the collection of information relating to your device and your navigation browser. In fact, when connecting to our website, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate them automatically and indirectly administer and/or acquire certain information, or so-called Technical Cookies (e.g. "IP" addresses, domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the website, the addresses in "Url" notation of the requested resources, the time of the request to the server, see the paragraph "Cookies Policy" in detail). The personal data you provide will be used only for the following purposes (strictly connected and instrumental to the evaluation of your profile for the purpose of researching and selecting collaborators through the website http://services.testpoint.it/areacollaboratori):
– fulfill the pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations deriving from relationships to be established with you;
– fulfill the obligations established by law, by a regulation, by community legislation or by an order of the Authority (such as in the matter of anti-money laundering);
– exercise the rights of the Owner, for example the right of defense in court.


How we keep your personal data secure and for how long

The processing of your data will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and may be carried out with or without the aid of electronic tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data through the use of suitable procedures to avoid the risk of loss, unauthorized access, illicit use and dissemination.

Advance will cancel your data when the processing of the same is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and in any case, if you explicitly request their cancellation, no later than 6 months from your request for cancellation.


Data recipients

The personal data collected by Advance will be processed only by our personnel, who act on the basis of specific instructions provided regarding the purposes and methods of the processing itself.

In the event that you wish to purchase our services, the processing may include, following the stipulation of a contract, the communication of the data to third parties, such as: credit institutions for banking operations (also electronically), third-party companies, consultants and freelancers for the fulfillment of accounting and tax obligations and for any legal and technical requirements; Local authorities, social security, welfare and public administration offices.


Data transfer abroad

The data processing takes place within the territory of the Italian Republic; however, in the event that any communication of data should necessarily be addressed to natural and/or legal persons located in a foreign country, the data may be transferred abroad, within the terms and within the limits set forth in articles 45 and 46 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (GDPR)


Rights of the data subject

In your capacity as an interested party, you may revoke your previously expressed consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. You can also exercise the other rights provided for by the GDPR, including:

  1. right of access (Article 15 of the GDPR): right to obtain confirmation from the Data Controller as to whether or not personal data is being processed and, in this case, to obtain access to personal data and further information on the origin , purpose, category of data processed, recipients of communication and/or data transfer, etc.
  2. right of rectification (Article 16 of the GDPR): right to obtain from the Data Controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data without unjustified delay, as well as the integration of incomplete personal data, also by providing a supplementary declaration.
  3. right to cancellation (Article 17 of the GDPR): right to obtain from the Data Controller the cancellation of personal data without unjustified delay in the event that: - the personal data are no longer necessary with respect to the purposes of the processing; - the consent on which the processing is based is revoked and there is no other legal basis for the processing; - the interested party opposes the processing and there is no overriding legitimate reason to proceed with the processing; - the personal data have been processed unlawfully; - personal data must be deleted to fulfill a legal obligation
  4. right to limitation of treatment (art.18 of the GDPR): right to obtain from the Data Controller the limitation of treatment, in cases where the accuracy of personal data is disputed (for the period necessary for the data controller to verify the accuracy of such personal data), if the processing is unlawful and/or the interested party has opposed the processing.
  5. right to data portability (Article 20 of the GDPR): right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and automatically readable format and to transmit such data to another data controller, only for cases where which the treatment is based on consent and only for data processed by electronic means.
  6. right to object to processing (Article 21 of the GDPR): right to object at any time to the processing of personal data which have a legitimate interest of the Data Controller as their legal basis.
  7. right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data, (www.garanteprivacy.it) in case of violation of the regulations on the protection of personal data.
